As per your query about marks cutoff, you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%...

Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota..

Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..

It will vary for each groupThe Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed University.

The marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper

BUT GOING BY PREVIOUS YEAR TREND FOR SC CATEGORY THROUGH ALL INDIA QUOTA A MBBS SEAT is obtained around 470+ marks range..

So try to score 450 + marks for getting seat in up.

Hope it helps
