hello there

the salary of an individual depends upon the job title and the institution so nobody can tell you the exact figures .the salary for an aerospace engineer is good in india and you can expect 5-6 lacs per annum in india but for that you need to have a b.tech degree .but since you have mentioned you want to be a scientist or you want to go in the research area, you can expect 45-60k per month from any government firm .a professor is somewhat like a scientist so try looking for the job prospectus of a  professor in india also

best wishes

Hey,
An engineer who has graduated from any average college after pursuing aerospace studies can get an average package ranging from 6 lakh to 8 lakh per annum. Where as if the engineer has graduated from one of the IIT'S then it is likely that he / she would receive an average package of 15 lakh rupees per annum.
I hope this was helpful.
