For an Online application of the JEE MAIN form,You would require the your one colored photograph,along with the basic details of the your 10th class,Board Roll no. , address details,Guardian Name etc.
Also take carry your electricity bill,your identity card for ex. Aadhar card,10th class marksheet as an address proof with you for registration
