Candidates are required to bring these following documents at the exam hall:.

• Printed copy of NEET admit card 2019 download pdf with one photograph pasted on it
• One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the application form)
• A valid photo ID proof (Adhaar/Voter ID/ PAN card/ Driving license/ E-aadhar)
• PwD certificate (if applicable)

If you do not possess these documents on the day of examination, your candidature shall be cancelled.
