what time the exam will be started on 31/8/2019, do i need to go to any center for online test or at home i can use my PC

Hi Fithrath, what exam are you talking about please post another question with that information.
For your clarirty I can say one thing I can say that any online exam shall be written from a center, there will be some exams at home if that exam is not much important so most of exams will be conducted in centers.
