Subjects taught in dairy technology depend on the course (BSc/ BTech/ diploma ) as well as the specialisation a candidate is pursuing. There are various specialisations available in dairy science courses, including dairy chemistry, dairy engineering, dairy economics, dairy cattle nutrition, dairy cattle physiology, etc. All depends upon the course you are perusing.
