Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.

In between top NIT with any lower branch or any IIIT with CSE , totally depends on you what you choose. The feild you want to persue totally depends on your interest and skills. If you don't have any particular matter of interest then CSE is reliable. You can also choose some of decent NIT with CSE or ECE.
