Don't pick Du in respect of money wise there are other universities those are giving excellent study methodology and opportunities for the bright students.
Firstly pick the course according to your career goal than choose the college.

Which stream u want to choose decide....and fill form according to that.....If u got 90%+ marks u can fill DU and get good colleges
