You should complete your 12th class with good marks in physics,chemistry and maths
You can sit for entrance exam conducted by public and private institutes. Then you have to complete your 4 yr degree in mechanical,electronic,metallurgy,electrical or chemical engineering.
Then give post graduate exam. You can soecialize in weapons engineering after your post graduate only.
In addition to this you should be logical and a quick thinker with problem solving ability to become a good weapon engineer.
