After completing 12th with PCB if you are not interested in any medical field then you have other options mentioned below:

Bachelor of Science in any science subject. The  course will be of three-year. You can do honors in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology etc.

Upon completing the degree you might not get any job so you will have to prepare for any government exam like SSC Exams,UPSC,Bank and other graduate level exams. Or you can pursue study further with  MSc,MBA course.

I would personally suggest you to go for Agriculture or Biotechnology course if you are interested in because these courses will have good scope in coming future. You can also change stream and do Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree but again you will be left with option to prepare for some other government exams after graduation. You can also on to do Masters and then give UGC NET to become professor.
