See the decision is completely up to you. Because for MCA you will have to be studying for the next two years. If you want to do Masters and are ready for going a level up then you should immediately start preparing for exams like JNU or NIMCET to get some good colleges and if you wish to earn now then you can apply for jobs. Various jobs are available for the BCA graduated too. If you can into a good IT company you will gain two years of experience and that experience will be very valuable for your future in getting better jobs.
