If you do not get any kind of College in the counselling for the College in which you are willing to seek admission into , then there bis actually no problems to it. You can simply reappear for the counselling session and again fill the choices you wish to have at the rank you have scored.

No worries buddy you got another chance. They conduct round 3 also And might get calls from any college. There is in no circumstances that you won't get calls from any college. You will get definitely from one. The dates for round 3 are:
Last date of online acceptance letter 22-07-2019
Display of list of candidate 23-07-2019
Declaration of allotment list 24-07-2019
Last date of reporting by candidates at allotted institute 27-07-2019
Last date for depositing original documents by candidate at last reported institute 30-07-2019
Last date of online reporting for Institutes 31-07-2019
