To be eligible for CAT and MAT, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%. It is 50% for General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories and this is only applicable to CAT. CAT is conducted once every year and the online applications are usually available online from the month of September and the exam is usually conducted in November. Now MAT has no minimum aggregate eligibility. The exam is conducted 4 times a year and the applications are released a month or 2 before the exam.
