You want to persue mechanical engineering after 10+2 .thats good that you want to go for it since class 11th only. So for that if you could manage up your time you can start any coaching or foundation coarse for jee and other exam with class 11th itself. And take pcm with computers as the subject in 11th and 12th and study 11th and 12th very sincerely. All the very best !

See after class 10 mechanical engineering means pursuing diploma from various polytechnic colleges . There may be various ways of getting admitted through various exam being organised across different states whose information you can get easily on internet.
