As per the rule you have to  reappear all the theory subjects but your practical marks will be carried forward.

You have to fill a form in CBSE as a private candidate

Be strong because things will get better. It maybe stormy now but it never rains forever.

If you get failed in 3 subjects , I would suggest you to repeat class 12th again and try to get good Marks next time.

If you don't want to repeat then you can give supplementary exams in these subjects if you are sure ye can manage to study more.

Failure is a big blow for any human. But it doesn't do to keep clinging on to that incident. Failure is a lesson, not a life sentence. It is sad what happened, but you have to move on so that what happened today, doesn't happen tomorrow.

First of all, try to remeber how you had attempted your papers. If you feel you had attempted all of them or even one of them well enough, and you should not get such low marks, then apply for rechecking and re-evaluation.

Following that, apply for the compartment examination of the subjects you have failed in. Study well for them. Cover your weak areas. Have full confidence on yourself and give the examination without any tension.

Then, apply for various study courses in different colleges that accept candidates who have had a compartment.
