What to fill in 10th std equivalent = degree/stream/subject column in Xat form?
Fill up your 10th percentage or Gpa or Spi whatever is in your official marksheet.
If asked or provided options, upload the different possible types of subjects with grades. And Stream like Science/ General or anything that you took as an option.
Hello,
Equivalent degree will be SSC (Senior Secondary School)
Stream can be NA because class 10th has no differentiation in CBSE and ICSE boards. If you are from some other board and it has some specified stream, do mention that.
In the Subjects column, fill the subjects that you had in your 10th standard.
For any other specific query please tell us what specifically the form has been showing or giving as options because there might be changes in forms every year and to solve your specific query, we need to know what options the form provides.
All the best!!
Hello Arun
You have to select option as subjects in the 10th Std equivalent. Where you have given a drop down box to select your subjects such Science, social science, Mathematics and languages etc.
If drop down box is not provided then you simply have to type it on your own.
And you have to select stream for your 12th Std such as Science, commerce, arts where as select degree for your graduation.
Hope this will help you in filling the form.
Thanks.
Enter your class 10th 12th degree percentage or Cgpa whichever is applicable for you.
In stream enter whether it is Science/commerce/ something else.
If its asked in degree then Write your degree specialisation like B.e. mechanical etc.
You have to simply enter educational qualification starting from Class X till the highest degree received. In subjects you will have to mention your all subjects, your stream whether arts, commerce or science and degree as in 10th/12th etc.
You can check the complete XAT application process here step by step.
Good Luck.
