NTA has extended the last date to fill the NEET 2021 application form to August 10. The authorities will now open the NEET 2021 correction window facility from August 11 to 14 up to 02:00 PM. NEET 2021 form along with the information brochure pdf was earlier released at neet.nta.nic.in on July 13. The exam will be conducted on September 12, 2021.

Aspirants fulfilling the eligibility criteria can register themselves till the NEET application form 2021 last date, August 6. Aspirants are advised to fill the form by entering the correct NEET qualifying exam code .
As earlier clarified by the Ministry of Education that the NEET syllabus 2021 topic-wise will be the same, the number of questions in the NEET exam pattern has increased to 200 but aspirants have to answer only 180 questions. The medical entrance test will be conducted on NEET 2021 exam date for admission to 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 525 BVSc, and AH seats.
To appear for the NEET exam, aspirants need to register themselves carefully. Registered students can download NEET admit card 2021 using the required credentials. NEET 2021 question paper will contain questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
After the NTA NEET exam, the official answer key will be released containing the answers to the NEET questions asked. NEET 2021 answer key will be released for all codes. NEET results will be announced in the form of a scorecard. Along with the result, NEET 2021 minimum qualifying percentile and scores will be announced, which must be secured to pass the test. Based on NEET scores, admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ), 85% state quota, deemed/central universities, private colleges, AFMS/ESIC institutes, AIIMS and JIPMER campuses.
