I understand that you have somehow misplaced or forgot your last year's roll number and so to answer your question I do not think that the user id will suffice for the roll number in the NEET application form hence I would suggest your to address this matter to the concerned authorities via mail while stating your issue along with proper and relevant details and request them to fetch you the previous roll number so that you can apply for the same duly.
