In the responsibility shouldered section, you can add about your previous experiences
The personal and professional sections are easily distinguished.
- Include any activities where you took on or were given responsibility in the personal area. They can be ongoing or long-term tasks, or they can be one-time or short-term responsibilities.
- Include any obligations you took on that were not part of your KRAs or job description in the professional section. They may be in charge of obligations above your classification due to a lack of staff, unique projects/initiatives you initiated or were assigned to you, or planning events at your business.
In all circumstances, use the description to put the scope/importance of duty, your role, and the quality of the output into context.
