the NEET UG examination is used for entrance to MBBS BDS and BAMS Excel is BHMS courses which are the medical and paramedical line

You have separate entrance examinations for BPT there is bachelor of physiotherapy and DMLT that is diploma and laboratory techniques

so ultimately you will have to make your way through and decide which one you want to adopt and accordingly you have to decide which examination you are going to appear for and choose your stream thereafter

To go for a UG course in medical line i.e MBBS, BHMS, BUMS, BAMS you will have to appear for NEET-Ug to get admission in any of the medical institute across india except for All India Institute of medical Science and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research which conduct their own entrance exams AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER UG.
Then after completing your UG will will have to appear in NEET-PG exam to get admission into Masters degree in medical field. And again AIIMS and JIPMER conduct their own PG entrance exams.
