Generally, simple questions are asked in the board exams. The questions are asked from the topics which are included in the syllabus for that particular academic year in which exams are being conducted. To get an idea about what questions are asked, you may see the last years' question papers. You may find last years' question papers and sample papers on the official website of any particular board which you are willing get an idea about. For CBSE, you may visit the official website i.e., www.cbse.nic.in (//www.cbse.nic.in) and you will get last years' question papers and sample papers there easily.
