Dear Raghuram,
By looking at your profile, it seems that you are from Andhra Pradesh, so yes there is sports quota in your state though it is very less.
Now coming back to your question, that which sports are considered in Sports quota, see, if hold a district/state or national level certificate in any sports then you will be considered to be eligible for this quota.
But I must tell you that they prefer individual sports more than team games. Sports like taekwondo, karate, judo ,aikido, boxing, wushu et c , are given more preference than others and mainly students enter in college through such sports.
I hope this answer helps you.
All the very best!
