Every university provides the classroom learning to students...But sometimes its not only classroom learning that's sufficient but..at the same time..exposures and beyond academics events are required too...

A fest from every department is organised in the university every year..that brings the enthusiasm in the students to do something that are beyond their perecentage in academics ..

I am an engineering student..and a FEST SPANDHAN is organised by an engineering department of the university ...this fest includes various activities like -

• Rangoli competition
• Role plays
• Management quiz
• 50 rupess venture - ( One of my very favorite event 50 rs. venture in which students get the opportunity to establish their own stalls or any business in ythe university for two days and can earn..)

Besides of SPANDHAN....The institute of business management in the university organises two of very amzing events like JHOOM ( ORGANISED BY UG STUDENTS ) and AGRATA ( ORGANISED BY PG STUDENTS )

These events provides the opportunity to the students to show their dancing , singing , anchoring or any other hidden talents.

For the students who are sports freak ...the university organises MAITREE ( A sports event ) in which various schools and colleges at national level arrives at the university and takes part in various sports competitions.

There are CLUBS and HAPPENINGS in GLA University which includes various professional societies as well.
