Admission in IIITs is based on All India Quota. The cut of fin 2019 round 7 was as follows for IIIT, Naya Raipur

• ECE: 7265
• CSE: 5468
• Data Science and Artificial Intelligence : 5426

We cannot predict the cut off 2020 because cut off depends on number of candidates applied, number of seats available, difficulty of exam etc. The cut off rank may slightly increase or decrease.
