dear aspirant, as per data availabe on the web regarding the cutoff of various colleges under Guru gobind singh Indraprastha University for CS/IT cutoff depends on the college you choose. for example,if you choose top college of IPU i.e. maharaja institute of technology,cs branch, the maximum rank for the 2 shifts combined is 648 in the 3rd councelling round and for it branch it weent to 981 rank. for maharaja surajmal institute of technology the last rank for 1239(cs branch) and 1667(it branch). for HMR institue of technology and management,last rank is 6245 for cs branch.

Students outside delhi need to work hard then the students of delhi region.

I belong to NORTHERN INDIA INDIA ENGINEERING COLLEGE affiliated to GGSIPU , here my friend from mathura have got IPUCET RANK - 3000(APPROX.) and he got admission in this college “NIEC” .

So to select top colleges in GGSIPU like USIT (main school), MAIT(rohini) , BVP(paschim vihar) ,MSIT(janakpuri) , one need to work really hard (specially outside delhi students) to get into these toop colleges affiliated to GGSIPU (GURU GOBIND SINGH INDRAPRASTHA UNIVERSITY).
