The answer to your question depends on what type of cutoff you are seeking. The cutoff to merely qualify NEET this year was 131, and would remain more or less the same next year.
The cutoff to get a college however, is a complicated issue, and largely depended state to state. The cutoff for a government college in say UP or Delhi was in the upper 500s (about 570-550) while that in West Bengal or Tamil Nadu was in the 450-480 range. To get a good government college, you should try to keep the upper 500s or 600s in mind. If you keep private colleges in mind though, the marks went as low as 300 for last admission through all India deemed University quota, and 360-400 for the good ones like say Manipal or JSS.
