Cutoff for each and every college under UPSEE is different. Colleges which take direct admission can be chosen directly without any cut off list. For cutoff of BHMS course, you can look for last year cutoff list declared by UPSEE examination on their official website. You haven't mentioned the college name so I can't answer the respective cutoff  of that college.
