See GATE cut off for 2019 is not available on official website so it is quite difficult to help you with it but yes , If we go through the analysis of previous year's GATE score Vs College allotment than last year the closing cut-off for IIT BHU was 500 for Electronics engineering. So if you are seeking admission in it then you should target your GATE score at lease 530 or more.
