The cutoff for neet 2018 UG was 119 in the general category and around 95 in the reserve category

The 2018 NEET cutoffs are as below:



General- 119 marks (50th %ile)

SC/ST/OBC - 96 marks (40th %ile)



However, the cutoffs changes every year and so the safe marks range for 2019 admissions can't be predicted.
