Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 360 to be on a safe side.

But you can get a government college for BHMS in West Bengal with 320-350 marks.

Also you can get into any private college for BHMS if you have scored a minimum of 50 percentile and qualified the neet ug exam.
