what was the last year's (2020) cut off for different categories in percentile??

It would be great if you mention the cutoff for a particular examination. But I think you wanted to ask about the cutoff trend for JEE exams for different categories. So, for the cutoff, I've mentioned the marks against the categories.
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS)- 70.24 Marks
- Other Backward Class (OBC) - 72.88
- Common Rank List (CRL)- 90.37
- Schedule Caste(SC) - 50.17
- Scheduled Tribe (ST)- 39.06
- People With Disability (PWD) - 0.016

Apart from this as you should be aware that the cut off varies every year. It is not fixed. The factors that are responsible for the variation in cutoff are:
- No. Of applicants
- No. Of seats
- Average score/percentile
So, just have a look at the cutoff trend but do not completely follow. Try your best
