As Kajol has mentioned that the cutoff varies on caste categories, state wise and other factors but generally to crack neet there is 50th percentile one needs to achieve (general category),like in 2018, minimum score as per 50th percentile you had to get was 119 to qualify neet and minimum to get admission in any good medical college in AIQ level is 530-580 above and 450-500 above at state level.

The cutoff varies every year from state to state and college to college. However as per the latest trend a score of 550+ would keep you on the safer side of securing a seat under all India quota whereas a score of 500+ would be safe for state quota seats.
