Hi Sri,
For admission in MBBS in Karnataka, talking in terms of marks, a score of 550+ seems to be a safer score for general category karnataka candidates.
Cut off score of previous year NEET was as follows

Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota..Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..It will vary for each groupThe Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed UniversityAlso difffer college to college even in government /private/deeemedThe marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper
BUT GOING BY PREVIOUS YEAR TREND for state quota karnataka A MBBS SEAT is obtained around 300 - 600 marks range for all categories..
