The neet 2018 qualifying marks category wise was as follows:
UR-119
ST/SC/OBC-96
As for the cutoff score, it was different for different colleges and also varied depending on the states.
However i shall enlist below some government colleges with their closing RANKS:

University of medical sciences, delhi-165
Lady Hardinge medical college-314
