I'm assuming that you're asking about B.Arch, as you haven't mentioned whether you're asking the cutoffs for Bachelors degree course or masters degree course. I'm answering your question with regards to B.Arch. If you were asking about M.Arch, do let me know in the comment section below.
For admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture, you need to give NATA which is conducted twice in a year. NATA result is calculated on the basis of both your NATA test score and your 10+2 marks. For the compilation of the results, 50% marks of NATA score+ 50% marks of boards are used. So, you need to score well in your boards as well, keeping this format in mind.
I don't know about ranks, but I can tell you the marks you need to score in order to secure admission in India's most prestigious college for Architecture.
Well, according to 2017, for general category, cutoff was 160+aggregate score (50% nata+50%boards).
P.S:- I'm assuming you to be a general candidate who's not from Maharashtra.
I hope it helps you. If still you've any doubt or queries, you can ask.
Thanks and All the best for your future
