To appear for CLAT, the eligibility criteria that a candidate needs to meet is as follows:-
- A candidate must have a minimum aggregate of 45% in their 10+2 from a recognized board.
- A candidate appearing for the examination before the results of their 10+2 are out need to provide the required documents at the time of admission.

If you are applying for CLAT PG, then you must hold a bachelor's degree in law or equivalent with at least 55% marks in the qualifying degree. 5% relaxation in marks for SC, ST category.
