Hello Abbas
First of all I hope that this is not the case with you. Now, another thing is that what you do mean by qualified, obtaining more than 50 percentile for Gen i.e. 134 marks this year or securing a marks sufficient enough to get you a medical college. I you have sufficient marks then It's a big loss to you but you should still try for the best. If all india counselling registration is over then state counselling registration may be going to be start or may be they have started so without any delay refer to those. If you are qualified for AIIMS and JIPMER then you are fortunate as these institutes conduct there seperate counselling. At some places you may also get freash registration option in 2nd round of counselling ( as in AIQ counselling). You may also try for foreign medical colleges as they are not alloted by Indian counselling commeties.
