Hello,
Each Document has serial number either a series of numbers or combination of alphabets and numbers. Please check your resident certificate and category certificate and identify the certificate number given on it under the bar code. You need to enter this number in the respective field in the application form. And while uploading Aadhaar Card you can enter the 12 digits Aadhaar Number in the designated field.
