Hello Sushant!.
You don't have to carry anything from your home to hostel except your personal things like clothes,and important documents.You have to purchase in IIT Patna like mattress ,bucket and other things for daily purpose or may be bicycle if your campus is big.All the things related to studies you will get in the college.
