After pursuing M.B.B.S you can either set up your own practice or you can carry out further education such as M.D/M.S, super pg and D.M, etc. The career of medicine is a noble profession through which you can save lives. It also is a profession which pays one well. While Practicing and even in Job one can earn a generous amount.
In pursuing Graduation and Post Graduation in field of physics you'll have opportunities to work as a professor in University, physicist, etc. You can even carry out and lead research projects. The field is for you to decide. One can ace in either of them if you are willing to put your mind into it.
