You haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because each Category has different Cut offs. And this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to MBBS on the basis of NEET score. So it is difficult to make any assumptions. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But if you belong to General Category, you might need 600 and above and for Reserved Categories, you might need atleast 575.
