Dear Gowtham, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2019, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks. But in Tamilnadu, the average cut offs went as high as 75-100 marks on an average in each college. This is because cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And the Ministry of Health has sent a proposal of 75 new Medical Colleges across India. There might be atleast 3-4 Medical Colleges that might come to Tamilnadu. And EWS reservation will come into full force and seats also will be increased accordingly. Considering all this, the general cut offs might vary between 10-15 marks. Again this is just an assumption.
