With a score of 24 in WBJEE 2021 your rank will be around 56000 - 58000. This rank is very low when compared to average marks. You may not get any good college with this rank. To get a good ranking in WBJEE you need to score more than 120 marks. With this you will get a rank below 2000.

I would suggest you to give other entrance exams required by colleges so that you can get a seat in good engineering college.
