It is little bit difficult to predict the exact percentile against marks scored because percentile depends on various factors like number of students appeared, difficulty level of paper, and so on.
According to earlier trends your percentile would be around 96-98 if you secure 155 marks.
But let me suggest you to prepare yourself for April session if JEE-Main 2020 because on this percentile you cannot get top NITs with top branch, in order to get top NIT you should score at least 99 percentile.
