Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got 85.4 percentile in jee mains 2021 and taking into consideration that you belong to EWS category so your predicted rank would be around 1.5L and your estimated EWS rank would be around 35k.
To be honest in this rank you won't be able to grab into any of the good nits like jamshedpur, jalandhar, raipur, durgapur,Rourkela, allahabad, warangal and other parallel nits. You really need to buckle up in your next jee attempts.

Hello,
The overall rank with 85.4 percentile is expected to be in between 149358 - 167900. The category rank is expected to be around 40000. The category rank may vary after the final results as it depends on the total number of candidates appeared in JEE Main belonging to EWS category, highest score and other such factors. Considering the previous year cut off you may not get seat in NIT/IIIT/GFTI. You need to score minimum 96-98 percentile or above to have decent chances of getting seat. However, you hold chances to qualify in JEE Main and appear for JEE Advanced. In 2020 the qualifying cut off percentile for EWS category was 70.2435518 percentile and this year it is expected to be in between 70-75 percentile. If you are interested to get admission in IIT you can prepare for JEE Advanced. If you wish to get admission in NIT/IIIT/GFI then you need to appear for JEE Main upcoming session.

Dear candidate, at this percentile your rank AIR will be around 130000+ and EWS rank will be around 25K-30K. However, rank may differ due to:
- Difficulty level of exam
- Number of candidates appearing
- Number of seats.
Hope, it helps!
