So,you got 65 out of 160 in AP EAMCET and IPE is 540 out of 600.
So, the AP EAMCET Weightage is
75% of AP EAMCET marks=(65x75)/160=30.46
25% of IPE marks=(540x25)/600=22.5
Total marks is=30.46+22.5=52.96
Also, you don't mention your category, let's say you're from open category. So, according to your marks your rank may vary 13,000 to 40,000 in Engineering and 20,000 to 25.000
