Congratulations for securing good marks. Yes you will get an NITs as per your percentile. Based on your score, your rank will be nearly to 5000 ,So that you have chances with NITS. If you have any quota then you might have got a chance to get into a Good NIT.

hope you are good and safe. With reference to your query , I would like to inform you that at you 97 percentile your estimated rank would be around 204600 - 230000 . I will advise you to get admission with this rank is NIT and IIT is not possible , either start preparing for next attempt or look for another state univerisities
