I think your rank would be 15000 to 20000. If you are in general category, I am sorry to say you that you cant get any good IITs and any good stream. As per my knowledge, you can get food or printing in IITs.

Or if you had any quota, then you can get your preffered stream or IITs.

If you come under

CRL - 16,001 -16,2019 (RANK)

OBC (Non - Creamy Layer)- 3,401 (RANK)

SC - 501-401 (RANK)

ST - 201-101 (RANK)

you may look into the ststistics . if you are form SC or ST you have a high chance of getting your desired branches.
