Hello aspirant,
The Madhya Pradesh government's rules for medical education state that if a general candidate leaves an all-India quota seat after being admitted, they must pay a fine of 10 lac rupees and sign a one-year rural service bond. If the student falls under the reserved category, they must pay a fine of 5 lac rupees and sign a one-year rural service contract before graduating from any kind of medical college. Due to your status as a student from a reserved category, you must pay Rs. 5 lacs to vacate your AIQ seat and sign a commitment to perform one year of rural service.
I hope that helps.
