What will be my state of eligibility in JEE mains paper 2 April 2019 if I have passed 10+2 from maharashtra and I have OBC of Bihar state?

See a OBC certificate is a OBC certificate,i.e it does not state you as the OBC of a particular state. So wherever your apply your OBC certificate it marks you or proves you as a OBC candidate in All over India. So irrespective of the state where you apply for OBC it doesn't stop you from using that OBC certificate elsewhere. So you can easily take admission in Maharashtra.

As you have completed your 10+2 in Maharashtra your state of eligibility will be Maharashtra irrespective of in which state you have your caste certificate.so if you want to take admission in Maharashtra you will be considered as local candidate.
